Legal fees and pricing policy

Given the small size of the legal services industry in Cameroon, lawyers are bound to adopt a multi-pronged approach to the practice of law. This means that our lawyers have to do a ‘full stretch’, working across various areas of business law to cater to client needs. We believe that our legal fees should reflect this reality and remunerate our lawyers for hard work.

Nevertheless, we also subscribe to a flexible approach that considers the client’s ability to pay. Therefore, we seek to strike the right balance between getting paid for premium quality work and not over billing the client.

In a nutshell, our overarching ambition in matters of pricing is to offer clients the opportunity to downsize legal costs without compromising quality.
