Michèle Ndoki is a senior consultant (with the rank of a partner) at DA&A. She brings to the table over 20 years of experience in law, including 6 years at Cabinet Marie-Andrée Ngwe.
Her portfolio includes arbitration, civil, criminal, commercial and corporate litigation, administrative litigation, employment, contracts and settlement negotiations, tax law, general commercial and corporate law.
Experience
Michèle’s experience includes representation of:
- APM Terminals in their bid for the concession of the management of the Kribi Deep Sea Port
- RMA Watanya in its USD 10.9 million acquisition of shares in a reputable insurance company in Cameroon
Michèle also boasts of a rich experience as in-house counsel in the following companies:
- Fidafrica (part of PricewaterhouseCoopers)
- Orange Cameroun
- Guinness Cameroon (where she served as Legal Director and Company Secretary)
She has also served as Secretary General of the GICAM Arbitration Centre from June 2012 to December 2013.
