Corporate criminal responsibility is now enshrined in Cameroonian criminal law with the promulgation of the new Penal Code. Criminal law has therefore become more intertwined with business law.

We advise corporations and corporate executives on the criminal law aspects of their business decisions while recommending risk management strategies.
